Welcome to my WinCE site... I very much miss my old Apple Newton 2100, and the development that I did for it.. but now it is time to move on to bigger and better things. I have started to learn eVb by converting some of my old newton apps that people enjoyed into this new platform. So the easy choice for my first app was to do BernLibCE.. as it was one of the most popular items from my site, and gave me the chance to explore the basics of using eVb, as well as develop a registration code system, to build the foundation of my software on. Next, I will try to get into the graphics routines, so the next logical step will be to make the biorythm program which needs to use graphics even if they are simple graphics... from there we will see... I'm going to try to get more into eVc so that I can create more powerful applications.. ive already learned many limitations of eVb, as my first try to directly convert my old regestration stuff took the eVb program over 3 minutes to compute the reg key mostly due to the fact that eVb has no bitwise XOR for integers and I had to create my own function to do so in eVb.. so I feel that it is important to eventually be using eVc instead... but ya gotta start somewhere!!
