The biorhythm is a graph of the four major cycles involved in everybodys life.. 
each has it own unique cycle length. The physical cycle is 23 days, the emotional 
cycle is 28, intellectual is 33, and finally the intuitive cycle which is 38 days... 
The graph shows the four cycles over a period of 28 days, 14 before and 14 days 
after the date you set as the bio date. The up and down of the curve shows positive 
or negative flow of that cycle.
